The Dubai RTA Roadside and Plots Parking subscription allows drivers to access a vast network of parking options, including both roadside and designated plots in zones A, B, C, and D. Whether you're in need of a quick parking spot while running errands or need a more secure place to park for a longer duration, this subscription caters to both needs by covering multiple regions around Dubai.

The Roadside and Plots Parking subscription offers a range of plans to suit your needs, whether you're looking for a short-term or long-term parking solution. Enjoy savings of up to 25% on selected packages with the following pricing options:
1 Month: AED 500
3 Months: AED 1,400
6 Months: AED 2,500
12 Months: AED 4,500
By subscribing to a longer-term plan, you can enjoy significant savings while ensuring that you always have access to parking when you need it.
Eligibility and Requirements
This service is available for individuals with light vehicles, and vehicle details must be provided when subscribing. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor, you can enjoy the convenience of having access to multiple parking zones across Dubai.
Key Features of the Roadside and Plots Parking Subscription
Access to Multiple Zones: The subscription provides access to roadside parking in zones A and C, and plot parking in zones B and D, offering ample options across Dubai's busiest areas.
Flexible Vehicle Management: You can add up to three vehicles under the same traffic file from Dubai, with only one vehicle active at a time. You can also switch between vehicles every 30 minutes to accommodate different needs.
Non-Refundable Subscription Fees: Keep in mind that the subscription fees are non-refundable, and heavy vehicles like trucks, buses, and pickups are not eligible for parking.
Modify Vehicle Information: If you need to modify any vehicle details associated with your subscription, a fee of AED 100 will be applied.
Parking Duration: Parking in roadside zones is limited to a maximum of 4 consecutive hours, while plot parking allows for a longer stay of up to 24 consecutive hours.
Terms & Conditions
The subscription is only valid for parking in designated zones (A, B, C, D) and cannot be used in areas with other codes, such as H, J, or K.
Subscribers cannot downgrade their plans from roadside & plots parking to just plot parking. However, you can upgrade your subscription by paying an additional fee.

A: Yes, you can park in multistorey buildings without a subscription. The fees are:
AED 5.25 (including VAT) per hour
AED 42 (including VAT) per day

A: Previously, it was managed by Dubai RTA; however, it is now managed by Parking.
Q: Can I park in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah if I have a Dubai parking subscription?
