We are a growing UAE-based car rental marketplace looking for a proactive and organized female professional to join our team remotely. This role focuses on onboarding new partner companies to our platform and handling customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new car rental companies onto our marketplace, Communicate with business owners via phone, WhatsApp, and email, Guide partners through registration and listing processes, Respond to customer inquiries and booking-related questions, Follow up with partners and customers to ensure smooth operations, Maintain basic records of leads, onboarding progress, and queries, Coordinate with the internal team when needed
Requirements:
- Must be based in the UAE, Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus), Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic software tools, Good organizational and follow-up skills, Previous experience in sales, customer service, or operations is preferred but not mandatory, Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup
Working Hours:
- Minimum 6 hours per day, flexible timing
